We separate 3 different kind of Taxes:

Soldiers and Assistants pay taxes to their Leaders and Mentors based on the Prestige of their Leader and Mentor.
Citizens pay taxes to their Country on a rate set by the according Law.
All players pay taxes to the Game Fund on gold and euro operations.
