Every Country has an elected leadership containing 1 President and up to 10 Governors.

Countries have the right to give Citizenship to foreign players and can even revoke it later with the Deportation of the Citizen.

Anyone can apply for Citizenship in the Country menu. The cost of applying is 1 gold.
