E grade change mission

You need to complete the following tasks to advance to E grade (in this exact order):

• Gather enough XP for at least level 56, according to the number of Rebirths (Levels)
• Become Second Lieutenant in at least one country (Captain if reborn once, Lieutenant Colonel if reborn twice, Colonel if reborn three times, Brigadier General if reborn four times, Major General if reborn five times, Lieutenant General if reborn six times, Colonel General if reborn seven or more times)
• Gather 1 E Grade change Special Items by killing the Elder E's'meesten
